Justin Nga leads Belden APAC's Industrial Commercial Engineering and Cyber Security teams. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) with Hons, and a CISSP. He started his career as an industrial automation and controls engineer, and since the inception of Ethernet technologies in industrial automation, he has been an early adopter and technology evangelist.

He brings over 20 years of cumulative experience in Industrial Controls, Networking, Engineering Services, Industrial Cyber Security and Technology Management. On a daily basis, he works with clients to deliver industrial communications and cyber security solutions that address a balanced requirement of confidentiality, integrity, availability, but also maintainability, and scalability. His experience in driving innovative technology adoption to improve operational availability, safety, operational efficiencies and deliver business outcomes to stakeholders has allowed him to successfully guide clients though today’s challenge of IT and OT convergence, cyber security challenges, and bridging this critical gap in a pragmatic manner.
